Meet Jonathan

Jonathan T. Marks

Jonathan is a fraud, governance, risk, and compliance strategist who focuses on providing practical, innovative solutions to the challenges boards and their organizations face today. He is a highly regarded and sought-after speaker and a published author. His recent works included contributing to the COSO Fraud Risk Management Guide and to the Unique Characteristics of Management Override Fraud Cases, published in the Journal of Forensic and Investigative Accounting.  Jonathan also created and has developed the Fraud Pentagon, which builds on Donald Cressey's work.

He spends his free time with his family and friends.

Jonathan also volunteers at the Cancer Support Community and serves as the chairperson on the national board.  He is also a graduate of the FBI’s Citizen Academy and has served on the FBI Philadelphia Citizens Academy Alumni Association board.
